Know The Condition Of Your Dream Home Before You Buy
At Paradise Inspections LLC, no detail is too small. Our inspections are meticulous and methodical—from structural components to hidden moisture damage. In fact, our inspector has uncovered termites, roof leaks, and plumbing issues that other inspectors missed, saving buyers thousands and helping them make smarter investments.
Our inspector is not only licensed and certified, but brings years of hands-on experience in inspections, construction and real estate. That expertise allows us to spot red flags that less experienced professionals may overlook, giving clients a critical advantage during negotiations.
You don’t have to wait for answers. We deliver clear, photo-rich inspection reports the same day as your inspection. Each report is easy to understand, with plain language and actionable next steps—whether you’re buying, selling, or planning repairs.
At Paradise Inspections LLC, we prioritize transparency, education, and support. Our inspector is available to answer questions before, during, and after the inspection. While we may not be the cheapest, our value far exceeds the price through service, reliability, and results — and we’re proud to serve Port Charlotte and the surrounding Southwest Florida area.

Comprehensive Pre-Purchase Inspections
Most buyers do a walkthrough and see what they want to see. A pre-purchase inspection tells you what’s actually there. Before you sign anything, you need to know the condition of the roof, the electrical panel, the plumbing, the HVAC — and whether what you’re looking at is priced right. That report gives you real leverage at the negotiating table, or a clear picture of what you’re taking on.
Moreover, a comprehensive home inspection empowers buyers to negotiate more effectively with sellers. If significant issues are discovered, buyers can request repairs or price adjustments, potentially saving thousands of dollars. The inspection report serves as a valuable tool for making informed decisions, providing peace of mind that the home is a sound and safe investment. By identifying both major and minor issues, a comprehensive home inspection ensures that buyers fully understand the property’s condition, facilitating a smoother and more transparent transaction.

What is covered in a comprehensive home inspection?
A comprehensive home inspection covers a wide range of components and systems within a property to ensure its overall condition and safety. These home inspections cover all of the visible areas in a home
Key areas include:
- Heating And Cooling Systems
- Appliances Inside The Home
- Plumbing
- Basement & Crawlspace
- Roof, Chimney, Fireplace
- Electrical System
- Structural Integrity
- Condition Of Interior & Exterior Surfaces
- Grading Of Property
Why should I get a pre-purchase inspection?
Because you don’t know what you don’t know. A walkthrough won’t show you a failing roof, corroded pipes, or an undersized electrical panel. An inspection will. If something significant comes up, you can ask the seller to fix it, reduce the price, or walk away — before you’re locked in. That’s a lot of leverage for a few hundred dollars.
What about Wind Mitigation, 4 point, or air quality inspections?
We offer wind mitigation, 4-point, and air quality inspections alongside our comprehensive home inspections. Additionally, we can schedule your WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspection. Save money by booking all services at once!
